History

Home Hardware was established when 122 independent hardware retailers in Ontario purchased Hollinger Hardware Limited, forming a 100% Dealer-owned business model. This cooperative approach enabled independent retailers to compete effectively with larger chain stores by combining their purchasing power and resources.
